Terms and Conditions

Package Tiers
- - Launch: $199. Includes 3-page website, contact form, mobile optimization, first-year domain, one structured revision, and 7-day timeline.
- - Launch+: $349. Includes Launch plus one Booking or Blog setup and Light CRM. Timeline: 7-10 days.
- - Launch Commerce: $599. Includes Launch plus ecommerce setup, payment gateway, and up to X products. Timeline: 10-14 days.
Timeline Rules
- - Timeline begins only after checkout and complete onboarding submission.
- - Missing inputs, delayed approvals, or scope changes pause delivery until resolved.
- - Timeline windows are package-specific and cannot be applied across tiers.
Add-on Pricing Rules
- - Initial pricing applies only during first checkout: Booking $99, Blog $99, Light CRM $79, Ecommerce $249, Extra page $99.
- - Later upgrade pricing: Booking $149, Blog $149, Light CRM $129, Ecommerce $349, Extra page $129.
- - Launch+ includes one of Booking or Blog plus Light CRM. Launch Commerce includes Ecommerce.
Hosting and Billing
- - Hosting is required and billed separately from package build fees.
- - Build fee is one-time. Hosting is monthly recurring.
- - Third-party platform, processor, and software costs are billed by their providers.
Scope and Revisions
- - One structured revision round is included per launch package.
- - Requests outside selected package/add-on scope are quoted before implementation.
- - Scope expansion can change delivery dates and cost.
